Join Larry McCotter of Lake Bluff Open Lands Association to learn about the importance of prairie restoration, native seed harvesting and biodiversity for Lake Bluff. Detlef Koska presents the 800-year-old story of the Notre-Dame Cathedral’s origin, design and construction, followed by photos and information about the destructive roof fire in April and the current rebuilding and rehabilitation efforts.

C2 Education is the nation’s premier tutoring, and academic counseling service, with many locations in the Northern Suburbs. Readers ages 6 and up can sign up to read to a certified therapy dog. These gentle dogs are non-judgmental and great listeners. Parents will need to sign a waiver form for participation. This program fills up quickly, so register early for one or more 20-minute sessions!
