Why wait in line to renew your license plates when you can skip the line, renew your license plates, check out a book, AND support your local library? We are pleased to announce that the Lake Bluff Public Library will offering license plate renewal services at the Circulation Desk starting Monday, October 25. Here’s what you need to know:

What to bring

• Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or the Registration ID included on your renewal notice from the state
• Your Driver’s License
• Your insurance card
• Circuit Breaker number (if applicable)
• Cash, check, or credit card to pay your renewal fee

Bring all of the above to the Circulation Desk and a staff member will renew your registration, print your new license plate stickers, and collect your renewal fee. An additional fee of $9.50 will go directly to the Lake Bluff Library. This additional revenue supports library operations, including collections and programming.
